so you are saying the movies, tv etc folders are created under the / folder? or are you looking the paths inside of the container
The movies, tv, etc folders are created under /SERVER/mnt. There are no folders under the path /mnt. Which is causing everything to not work correctly. The paths below are exactly what I am seeing.

Ex. /SERVER/mnt/movies, /SERVER/mnt/tv

however, one level up /mnt is blank.

Yes, I ran the installer multiple times. When I type ls -lah /mnt I see the correct folders. But in the images above, an extra folder called SERVER is being created. Did you check the folder structure in using CloudCMD. The is where I can see the SERVER folder.

I am using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on a Google Cloud Instance. I have setup 3 different instances resulting in the same /SERVER folders/ I followed the wiki exactly and did use the codes you pasted above for the install.

Strange. I have ran 3 new installs and still seeing the weird /SERVER folder in front of /mnt. I can see this when viewing CloudCMD. Any thoughts to why this is happening on my instances? This has happened on two new installs on Google Cloud and one on Hertzner.

Does anyone else see the /SERVER folder? I tried changing the processing path to /mnt, but still defaults to /SERVER/mnt. Tried to change to /media and defaults to /SERVER/media.
i did have this on an instance i created before christmas..never figured out why it was server/mnt/....
sorry i cant help, but at LEAST i did notice this behaviour once before, so youre not going crazy!ha

Yes this is also the case for me.

I think it's a bug but it can be easily corrected
Within cloud commander -> F10 -> Change "/" by "/SERVER"

Then you're doing something wrong :(

If you follow the direction, plex_noob was pointing, then it works.

Close Cloudcmd and open it up in another TAB. Or clear browser cache.
