i'll run a test unless someone else can confirm. Don't understand why a 500 error would show up (usually an internal server error) but odd in ansible.
the error is now gone when running, but now a new issue.

now when deploying the mounts it says not empty and fails.
when i reboot the machine as suggested and run again it keeps failing.
i powered down the VPS (hetzner machine, 40GB + 40GB external storage, set in RAID0 as 1 disk.
powered up again and ran the script and pgclone but still the same error.
cannot get rid of it...

You need to fix your mounts as they are not empty when the rclone services are unmounted. That isn't a good thing and we try to fix it. It still fails because you have over 10gb of files are in a mount folder.

So there's 2 possibilities here:
The mounts were not actually unmounted - which is a related but different problem
or You have over 10gb in an unmounted folder, which is bad.

Code:
sudo service gdrive stop >/dev/null

sudo service tdrive stop >/dev/null

sudo service gcrypt stop >/dev/null

sudo service tcrypt stop >/dev/null

sudo service pgunion stop >/dev/null

sudo fusermount -uzq /mnt/gdrive >/dev/null

sudo fusermount -uzq /mnt/tdrive >/dev/null

sudo fusermount -uzq /mnt/gcrypt >/dev/null

sudo fusermount -uzq /mnt/tcrypt >/dev/null

sudo fusermount -uzq /mnt/unionfs >/dev/null

sudo pkill -f rclone* >/dev/null

Then run these commands and anything over 4KB will need to be fixed
Code:
du -h /mnt/gdrive

du -h /mnt/tdrive

du -h /mnt/gcrypt

du -h /mnt/tcrypt

du -h /mnt/unionfs
If you are seeing the total size of your g/tdrive and the command is taking a long time, ctrl-c and stop and report back.

Otherwise, you need to mv or rm -rf these files.

You can also try to deploy PGClone after rebooting your server. I pushed some fixes.

Redeploy PGClone, if it fails, reboot, try again once more. It should be good now. If it's not jump on Pgblitz.

nothing works
there are no files as it claims.
its a hetzner vps 40GB
tried both in raid0 and single disk setup (default)

ok never mind i will avoid hetzner vps then and create my own vps servers, much easier

Did you redeploy PGClone though? I made some fixes.
You may need to reboot again and redeploy a 2nd time to fix the stuck services.

Jump on Pgblitz and I can help you better.

i'll add in on this as I'm having the same issue, I have pgblitz setup on a hetzner server, and I run a instance at home. Well I was trying to consolidate some things in to a retired server I had and put it in a VM however, as it goes to deploy it tells me the directory isn't empty, and both gdrive and tdrive fail. Given as I don't care to delete alllll my content, I'm assuming its a underlying issue as basically I feed the tdrive from hetzner, and I just Play from the home instance. However i digress, it failed again after a reboot as well.

Thank you! I also had problems with tcrypt and empty unionfsfolder the last few days, rebooted and redeployed 10 minutes ago and everything is working. Well ratelimit exceeded in pgblitz.log but it looks functional!

Edit, it was working for a while, but now unionfs folder is empty again, somewhat coincided with rclone starting uploading again as the ratelimit was removed.
Any ideas? BTW how do i get on the Pgblitz?

Hey guys, sorry about this. Please make sure you exit to the pg main menu first then redeploy pgclone to fix this now.
